How do i calculate the first 20cubics of water? If it is not shown in my bill, how would i know whether i have been given the first 20cubic free? How would i know whether i'm not being cheated? Besides that, do i have a right to not pay the bill as the water supply in my condo is very dirty and not healthy. Who do we complain it too? The nearest ADUN? Politics and Politicians have 1 thing in common... Do today, plan tomorrow and regret the next.... What about the rakyat's plea?
